1 Can I still place an order if I don’t have a credit/debit card?
Yes you can! Just place your items in the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout in the normal manner. There you will be asked for your preferred method of payment including an option for Bank Transfer and Cheque or Postal Order. All necessary postage and payment details will be given to you there as well.

2 I won’t be home during standard delivery times; Now what?
Registered users have the privilige of having the items delivered to an address different than their card billing address. This enables you to have it delivered at work or with your neighbours for instance. Please do make sure you make those who are going to sign for the goods aware of our terms and conditions.

Should you miss the couriers then they will leave you a calling card with their details so you can either arrange a re-delivery or pick it up from the nearest depot.

3 Do you have a shop or showroom? I’d like to try a product!
No we don’t unfortunately. Most things you need to know about a product prior to ordering are displayed on the website. If you still have questions left then you can e-mail us and we will assist you in making the right choices. Please be as detailed as possible in your queries.

4 Can I come and pick up a product?
No you can’t. We don’t have a public warehouse or shop; everything is sent from a central despatch warehouse straight to your door.

5 Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cheque/postal order, bank transfer or directly online with a credit or debit card (all but Amex). Just follow the steps during checkout and you will be given all necessary payment details.

6 What is your delivery area?
We ship all products to the mainland of the UK. Most products, including bulkier items like go-karts or trampolines can also be shipped to islands and remote areas including ROI/N.I. The shopping system will recognise your location by post code and will present you with the appropriate delivery charges accordingly. We are using a combination of courier companies who together have all of the UK + ROI covered.
